The Norris Road Annex was a real place once. It was an old school building just off of Fourth Plain on Norris Road in Vancouver, Washington. My grandmother used to work there, but after a few years the city decided to tear it down because they didn't know how to deal with it's age and asbestos. I went there with my grandmother the day after it was torn down to gather bricks. It was made from Hidden bricks, a company that was based here in town, and we had started a collection of them in the form of a walkway in our garden. when we were exploring the remains of the building we found books and record players, pictures and chalkboards... all torn apart and mixed in with the rubble. I even found the shattered carcass of a grand piano.
